Job summary

Nufarm, based in Malaysia, seeks an Identity & Access Management Analyst to support and administer IAM across the organisation. You will ensure secure, timely access for employees and collaborate with global IT teams.

Key responsibilities include provisioning, access reviews, incident resolution, and governance. The role focuses on security and operational efficiency in a global context.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for IAM services across enterprise systems and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within AD and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Execute Joiner-Mover-Leaver (J-M-L) lifecycle processes to ensure users receive appropriate access throughout their employment journey.
• Provision, modify, and remove access rights in accordance with security policies and business requirements.
• Investigate and resolve identity and access-related incidents and service requests.
• Manage and prioritise IAM-related ticket queues through ITSM tools.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Support access review, certification, and audit activities to maintain compliance and governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, and IT teams to ensure access requirements are accurately fulfilled.
• Identify opportunities to improve IAM processes, efficiency, and automation capabilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and audit records.
• Partner with global vendors and support teams to deliver reliable IAM services across multiple regions and time zones.

We're looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our Global Enterprise IT team based in Malaysia.

This is an exciting opportunity to support and administer Nufarm's identity and access ecosystem, ensuring employees have the right access to systems and applications securely, accurately, and in a timely manner.

In this role, you'll be responsible for executing core Identity and Access Management processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (J-M-L) lifecycle activities, access provisioning, incident resolution, and access governance support. Working closely with business stakeholders, application owners, vendors, and IT teams globally, you'll play a key role in maintaining security, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organisation.

How You'll Help Us Grow

You are a detail-oriented and analytical IT professional with experience supporting identity and access management processes or broader IT support functions. You understand the critical role that user access plays in maintaining security, compliance, and business productivity.

You enjoy working in a process-driven environment, solving access-related issues, and collaborating with stakeholders across different teams and geographies. You are comfortable handling sensitive information, managing competing priorities, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Bring Essential

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in IT support, identity management, or access administration.
• Understanding of the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (J-M-L) lifecycle and associated IAM processes.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Understanding of access management principles, user provisioning, and role-based access concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and service management processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.

Desirable

• Strong documentation skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience supporting ERP platforms and other core business applications.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with LDAP queries and directory services.
• Understanding of identity governance, access reviews, and audit requirements.
• Exposure to IAM automation and process optimisation initiatives.
