Job summary

Nufarm Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management Analyst to join the Global Enterprise IT team in Malaysia. You will administer IAM processes, manage user access, and ensure security and compliance across enterprise systems.

You will work with stakeholders globally, handle joiner, mover, and leaver activities, and support access reviews and audits while driving process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, written and verbal.
• Experience in IT support, identity management, or access administration.
• Understanding of the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (J-M-L) lifecycle and associated IAM processes.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Understanding of access management principles, user provisioning, and RBAC concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and service management processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Identity and Access Management services across enterprise systems and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Execute Joiner-Mover-Leaver (J-M-L) lifecycle processes to ensure users receive appropriate access throughout their employment journey.
• Provision, modify, and remove access rights in accordance with security policies and business requirements.
• Investigate and resolve identity and access-related incidents and service requests.
• Manage and prioritise IAM-related ticket queues through IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Support access review, certification, and audit activities to maintain compliance and governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, and IT teams to ensure access requirements are accurately fulfilled.
• Identify opportunities to improve IAM processes, efficiency, and automation capabilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and audit records.
• Partner with global vendors and support teams to deliver reliable IAM services across multiple regions and time zones.
