Job summary

Nufarm, based in Malaysia, seeks an Identity & Access Management Analyst to support and administer IAM across the organisation. You will ensure secure, timely access for employees and collaborate with global IT teams.

Key responsibilities include provisioning, access reviews, incident resolution, and governance. The role focuses on security and operational efficiency in a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity management, IT support, or access administration.
• Familiar with Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Understanding of access management principles and provisioning.
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for IAM services across enterprise systems and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within AD and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Execute Joiner-Mover-Leaver (J-M-L) lifecycle processes to ensure users receive appropriate access throughout their employment journey.
• Provision, modify, and remove access rights in accordance with security policies and business requirements.
• Investigate and resolve identity and access-related incidents and service requests.
• Manage and prioritise IAM-related ticket queues through ITSM tools.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Support access review, certification, and audit activities to maintain compliance and governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, and IT teams to ensure access requirements are accurately fulfilled.
• Identify opportunities to improve IAM processes, efficiency, and automation capabilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and audit records.
• Partner with global vendors and support teams to deliver reliable IAM services across multiple regions and time zones.
