Job summary

AirTrunk is hiring a Site Security Manager in Johor Bahru to lead security and soft services for hyperscale data centre facilities. You will supervise security staff and 3rd parties, oversee access, CCTV, and incident response, and drive compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and related standards.

You will report to the Building Services Manager and collaborate with the Operations team to maintain a secure, compliant, and safe data centre environment across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in security or operations, with 2+ years in people management.
• Data centre or mission-critical background is a plus.
• Experience auditing and managing 3rd party vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for visitors, contractors, clients and staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections focused on security and EHS.
• Ensure security systems align with AirTrunk policies.
• Produce reports, support audits and time/attendance tracking.
• Coordinate with Site FM leads on security, access, and maintenance.
• Ensure new security staff and vendors are trained and qualified.
• Assist in accreditation initiatives such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Support Critical Environments team in managing security incidents.
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
• Coordinate staff during emergencies and alarms.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
• Support Building Service Manager in soft services.
