Job summary

AirTrunk is seeking a Service Delivery Manager based in Johor Bahru to own the relationship with large cloud customers, oversee end-to-end project delivery from fit-out to go-live, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.

You will manage reporting, compliance, audits, and ongoing BAU support, with a focus on data centre infrastructure delivery, risk analysis, and customer satisfaction, while traveling across APAC as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience overall with at least 2 years in Project Management or Service Delivery in a critical operating environment.
• Excellent communicator with understanding of commercial and electrical/ mechanical concepts.
• Customer-focused with strong time management and organizational skills.
• PM certifications preferred (PMP).
• Experience in data centre infrastructure fit-out delivery and related reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Visio, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact with all Customers throughout build, fit-out and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet Early Access and Ready for Service requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
• Work with the development team to obtain design and budget approvals.
• Deliver regular progress reports and status updates to Customers.
• Assist facilities management with incidents and escalations.
• Travel across APAC as required.
