Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction contract management.
• Direct experience on data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Expertise in FIDIC, NEC, or complex bespoke contracts.
• Proven track record resolving major MEP claims.

Responsibilities

• Enforce FIDIC, NEC, or bespoke contract terms across project lifecycles.
• Assess EOTs, negotiate cost claims, and resolve MEP package disputes.
• Draft contract terms and evaluate bids for HVAC, UPS, generators, and MV/LV systems.
• Identify exposure early and enforce proactive risk mitigation.
• Direct key contract decisions between client, PMC, and contractors.
