Job summary

Hirehub Group in Klang, Selangor, seeks a pre-sales solution architect to translate customer requirements into technical data center solutions. You will design end-to-end architectures, configurations, and proposals for complex projects.

You will prepare tender documents and present solutions to customers, consultants, and partners, coordinating with Sales and Engineering teams across the pre-sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in a technical field as listed.
• 3–5 years in pre-sales, solution architecture or related roles.
• Hands-on data center project experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business, technical and project needs.
• Develop end-to-end architectures, designs, configurations and proposals.
• Prepare technical presentations, RFP/RFQ responses and tender docs.
• Conduct technical discussions and briefings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Project and Delivery teams.
