Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support design and project management for hydropower/dam projects. You will coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules, and contribute to technical submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in design and project management.
• Experience in hydropower or dam projects preferred.
• Strong planning, scheduling and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities.
• Support management of hydropower projects from inception to completion.
• Track progress, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
• Coordinate tasks across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas, minutes and follow-up actions for meetings.
• Prepare project management documentation and progress reports.
• Contribute to proposals, tenders and technical submissions.
• Support business development and client engagement activities.
