Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising IOWs, driving safety and quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing technical proposals. A degree in engineering is required; PMI certification and Primavera, MS Project skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from reputable university; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–10 years post-graduate experience in power/energy project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of GT/CCGT/thermal plant design and construction.
• Familiar with local regulations and design standards.
• PMI certification preferred; proficient with Primavera and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scope definition, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align with organizational goals.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment and services.
• Manage contractors and IOWs to ensure quality and schedule.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance; drive testing and commissioning.
• Prepare technical proposals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
