Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with related experience.
• Experience in Test Engineering/Development with C#, Python or similar scripting languages.
• Strong technical writing; excellent verbal & written communication; proven project management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient testing methods for product development and manufacturing.
• Develop test fixtures, test procedures, specifications and control charts.
• Validate new test software and fixtures and ensure proper PDR/NSR deliverables.
• Collaborate with design engineering, pilot manufacturing, and suppliers on test issues and improvements.
• Present fixture designs and process changes at engineering reviews.
• Define and implement metrics to improve test processes.
