Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure supplier processes and products meet Lam quality standards. You will design QA programs, analyze production data, and drive improvements on-site at supplier locations, collaborating with global teams to deliver reliable semiconductor equipment.

The role requires a strong electronics/PCB background, 10+ years in managing complex programs, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science.
• Experience in managing technical programs and projects (10+ years).
• Expertise in supplier quality assurance and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform supplier development and program management for SET initiatives.
• Interface with Lam teams and suppliers to uphold quality standards.
• Lead supplier engineers and organize internal/external review meetings.
• Drive corrective actions and 8D investigations to resolve quality issues.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and enable systemic improvements.
• Collaborate with SET global commodity heads and account teams.
