Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Supplier Development Admin in Senai, Johor, Malaysia. This role supports the Global Commodity Management team, handles localisation data, and coordinates supplier changes across cross-functional teams.

The position requires a diploma in engineering or business administration with 2–5 years of data analysis experience and strong Excel skills. A background in PFMEA/Control Plans and GD&T is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration or related field required.
• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in data analysis.
• Strong Excel data analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, and GD&T a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong assistance to Global Commodity Management with quality-focused mindset.
• Administer and maintain localisation tracker for parts movements and stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related issues and trackers.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to provide updates on SNF and supplier changes.
• Assist in developing supplier general processes and processes like welding, machining, coating, plating, and related areas.
• Provide support on supplier/component issues arising from change management and product qualification.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations within the role.
