Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome; knowledge of computer systems, Arduino, PIE, SQL, C, VB, web programming, and OT is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Databases).
• Knowledge of inspection tools (Vision, Print test) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of industry quality standards and SPC methodologies.
• Hands-on capability in troubleshooting process-related issues and delivering analytical solutions.
• Strong ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to delegate and assign workloads to subordinates.
• Thoroughly trained in and understanding of operational procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain document and backup structures.
• Provide expert-level technical support for manufacturing engineering initiatives.
• Understand customer technical requirements and provide clear feedback to team members.
• Adhere to development schedules provided by senior technical experts.
• Generate data analysis reports for relevant areas after implementing solutions/improvements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing complexity.
• Ensure timely transfer of product documentation for changes (system/OT).
• Ensure procedures are documented, up to date, and communicated to management.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and implement final recommendations.
• Ensure current programs use industry best practices and latest software revisions.
