Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with 3+ years’ experience.
• Willing to work in shift pattern.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities in electro/mechanical assemblies.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in OMS, process planning, and BOM management; DFMA.
• Experience with CAD, PLM or PDM systems.
• Experience in Engineering Change Management.
• Knowledge of OMS, process planning, BOM management.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot new or existing product problems in designs, materials, or processes.
• Conduct root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions for operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and shorten cycle time.
• Provide MRB disposition for defective/failure parts.
• Design, develop, and implement safe, cost-effective equipment and assembly methods.
• Define processes for high-volume manufacturing including OMS sheets, routing, sequencing.
• Review designs to improve manufacturability and assembly.
