Job summary

Pave Bank is seeking an experienced Software QA Automation Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Tbilisi. You will design, develop, and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our digital banking platforms through modern automation frameworks.

You will collaborate with developers and product teams, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and participate in agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

Professional experience in QA automation.
Hands-on Playwright for automated testing.
CI/CD integration experience (GitHub Actions, etc.).
Understanding of Agile and DevOps concepts.
Experience testing web apps and APIs.
Nice to have: fintech or digital banking background.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and TypeScript.
Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve issues throughout the software lifecycle.
Implement and optimize test automation as part of the CI/CD pipeline for faster and more reliable releases.
Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across web and API layers.
Monitor and maintain test environments and results to ensure continuous test coverage.
Contribute to improving QA standards, documentation, and best practices within the team.
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives as part of an agile workflow.
