Job summary

Pave Bank is seeking an experienced Software QA Automation Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Tbilisi. You will design, develop, and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our digital banking platforms through modern automation frameworks.

You will collaborate with developers and product teams, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and participate in agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in QA automation.
• Hands-on Playwright for automated testing.
• CI/CD integration experience (GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps concepts.
• Experience testing web apps and APIs.
• Nice to have: fintech or digital banking background.

Requirements

• Experience testing web-based applications and APIs.
• Experience testing React native on both Android and iOS helpful but not required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
• Proactive and adaptable — thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.

• Experience with performance or security testing tools.
