Job summary

Lam Research in Malaysia (Penang) is seeking a Master Scheduler to plan, schedule, and coordinate production through the complete cycle. You’ll base plans on engineering specifications, balance capacity, and ensure materials are available to meet deadlines.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s, or a PhD without experience. You’ll work with engineering, production and marketing managers, and may blend on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; related field preferred.
• Master’s degree or higher may substitute for experience.
• PhD without experience acceptable where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor production through the full production cycle.
• Coordinate production plans to ensure materials meet schedules and capacity requirements.
• Provide input to management and liaise with engineering, production, marketing and sales managers.
• Resolve labor or material shortages, backlogs, and potential schedule interruptions.
• Oversee master schedules and ensure compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.
