Job summary

Vistra in Malaysia is seeking a Specialist – Payroll to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this full-time role covers regional payroll processing for clients and internal staff, handling data input, calculations, and reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical skills, and a good command of English. Fresh graduates or those with 1 year of experience are welcome, and the role offers a hybrid work arrangement and career

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and payroll processing knowledge.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Input data into payroll system and maintain staff/payroll records.
• Handle full payroll processing, calculations and reconciliations.
• Follow payroll schedule and ensure timely disbursement.
• Ensure statutory compliance and remittance submission.
• Prepare year-end reporting accurately.
