Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Hybrid Customer Service & Order Fulfilment Executive in Malaysia. The role emphasizes order processing, purchasing support, and customer management with exposure to ERP systems and ISO9001 considerations.

You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order handling. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, normal hours, and an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; trading/operational support background is a plus.
• Familiarity with adhesives products and dangerous goods handling is advantageous.
• Experience using ERP systems for daily order processing.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials from local and overseas vendors.
• Generate customer quotations with advised margins in a timely manner.
• Manage customer orders and provide confirmations; liaise with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist in maintaining cash flow.
• Provide shipping updates and support for order fulfilment and invoicing.
• Coordinate with third-party providers and warehouse staff for inbound/outbound deliveries.
