Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, data management and admin tasks.
• Coordinate with data vendors, service providers and internal stakeholders for smooth processes.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records and databases.
• Follow up with stakeholders to resolve customer requests and issues.
• Support implementation and adherence to company policies and standards.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
• Identify and escalate operational issues while driving improvements.
