Job summary

AIA Life Planner role in Seremban is a full-time, hybrid position with some work-from-home flexibility. You will meet clients to assess protection needs, propose suitable life and health insurance solutions, and support long-term savings goals.

Day-to-day tasks include consultations, proposals, policy applications, servicing and claims support, while building a client portfolio through networking and referrals. Training and collaboration with AIA teams ensure compliance and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services (life and general)
• Proficiency in sales and client relationship management
• Marketing skills to promote insurance solutions and generate leads
• Ability to explain complex financial and protection concepts clearly
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Comfort with hybrid working arrangements and independence
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or sales is an advantage
• Relevant professional certifications or licenses or willingness to obtain them

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand financial protection needs and recommend life/health insurance solutions
• Prepare proposals, manage policy applications, and provide ongoing servicing and claims support
• Build and maintain a client portfolio through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Participate in training and development to stay current on products and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with AIA teams and partners to ensure high customer experience and compliance
