Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional customer support via live chat, email, and other channels.
• Handle enquiries, account-related requests, and service issues with a focus on positive customer experience.
• Investigate account issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Support onboarding, identity verification, activation, and maintenance of accounts.
• Process applications, maintain customer records, and assist daily operations.
