Job summary

Beustone Auto Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Finance Executive to own day-to-day finance operations, including the full accounts cycle and payroll. The role involves structured, independent work with occasional office visits and a three-day-per-week in-office schedule.

You should have 2-4 years of experience in finance, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software such as SQL or AutoCount. Bahasa Malaysia and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a finance role, ideally with payroll exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, or similar) required.
• Own transport preferred for occasional errands to banks/government offices.
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail; able to work independently.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, receipts, and supplier payments; follow up on outstanding balances.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Maintain petty cash records and monitor expense tracking.
• Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
• Handle payroll processing and statutory submissions; ensure compliance.
