Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary) to own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding handoffs, across a hybrid setup in Plano, TX or Hillsboro, NH. The role supports hiring managers and business leaders, ensuring a diverse pipeline and positive candidate experience.

You will actively source, interview, and negotiate offers, while maintaining ATS records and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting in a manufacturing/technical environment.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and hiring practices.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across all levels.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including modern platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Preferred: experience in a global environment; preferred: Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process: postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, onboarding handoffs.
• Partner with managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Identify and engage talent via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Provide a positive, inclusive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Conduct structured interviews and coordinate efficient selection processes.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and data integrity.
• Track metrics and provide actionable insights.
