AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking an E‑commerce Campaign and Planning Associate to support execution across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Brand Eshop while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role involves planning campaigns, ensuring on‑time launches, maintaining pricing and content accuracy, and analysing performance to optimise promotions; WFH 2-3 days weekly in Masai, Johor.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in E-commerce with hands‑on exposure to TikTok Shop or live commerce preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok).
• Experience in campaign planning, promotions, and sales‑driven execution.
• Comfortable with data analysis and performance optimisation.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Seller Center, Ads Manager, Meta Ads and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Proactive, commercially driven, and able to take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support execution across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Brand Eshop from order to delivery.
• Assist in campaign planning and execution across platforms.
• Support mega campaigns and sales events to drive e-commerce performance.
• Ensure pricing, content, and promotions are accurate across platforms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure campaigns are launched on time with accurate setup across platforms.
