HSBC Holdings plc in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Analyst, Data and Analytics to support end-to-end MI, data and analytics activities, and provide data-driven insights for retail product development and growth of the emerging affluent segment.

You will deliver MI dashboards, optimize pricing/marketing impact, and automate reporting using SAS, SQL, Python, and R. Hybrid work arrangement and strong communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Data Analytics / Data Science / Computer Science / Statistics / Finance or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in Financial or Banking sector or analytics CRM services.
• Proficient in SAS, SQL, Python, R and/or other statistical programming languages.
• Experience delivering ad hoc extracts, self-service visualization, and automated reporting for business stakeholders.
• Strong in exploring and developing use cases for new data and tools/ industry trends.

Responsabilidades

• Develop MI and performance dashboards with clear commentary for BAU activities.
• Support retail product development and emerging affluent strategy through data analysis.
• Execute campaigns and marketing communications to improve conversion and revenue.
• Automate, streamline and standardize reporting processes via analytical tools.
• Participate in project/ad hoc analytics as required.
