Marsh Commercial in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Coordinator - Claims Services to join our hybrid team. You will handle General Insurance claims for the Hong Kong operation, coordinating with internal stakeholders, insurers and service providers to ensure timely and accurate processing.

The role demands a Bachelor’s Degree, 1–3 years in claims, Chinese reading proficiency, strong English, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is required.
1–3 years of claims processing or handling in General Insurance.
Proficiency in reading Simplified/Traditional Chinese for HK documents.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Registration, Processing and Adjudication of General Insurance claims within turnaround time.
Assist in determining claim liabilities, value and fees; set reserves with low financial authority.
Ensure computed settlement and reimbursements are valid.
Monitor and follow up on unsettled claims with insurers or clients.
Interact with stakeholders to ensure proper execution of tasks.
Prepare monthly claims statistics and update documentation processes.
Identify problems and provide solutions; participate in process improvement projects.
