Genpact, a leader in AI-powered business solutions, is seeking a Technical Associate - Operations Support in a hybrid Malaysia-based role. The candidate will handle T&M quotations for technical services, coordinate between service teams and customers, and ensure SAP/ServiceMax processes are followed.

Strong knowledge of SAP, ServiceMax, and Salesforce reporting is preferred. English proficiency is required; advanced communication abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and administer Time & Materials quotations for technical service activities.
• Ensure quotations are accurate and compliant with SOPs and delivered on time.
• Maintain documentation and records; coordinate between service teams, functions, and customers; manage quotations in SAP and ServiceMax.
