Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Technical Associate for Operations Support in Malaysia. The role focuses on preparing and managing T&M quotations, ensuring SOP compliance, and coordinating with service teams, support functions, and customers in SAP and ServiceMax systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing, reviewing and administering Time & Materials quotations.
• familiarity with SOP-based processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and administer Time & Materials quotations for technical service activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quotations are completed in SAP and ServiceMax.
