Job summary

Carrier is seeking an Engineer - Technical Sales Support to provide design and technical support, assist in equipment selection, prepare specifications, schedules and quotations, and help with tenders. The role focuses on commercial and light commercial work, with regional coverage in SEAP.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or professional engineering degree, has at least 1 year of related experience, and can communicate effectively. Training and EH&S standards are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical).
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Knowledge in Heat Load Estimation and AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides application and system solution in design and technical supports to Sales Engineers.
• Provides engineering sales supports including equipment selection, technical specifications, equipment’s schedule and quotation to Sales Engineers.
• Supports Sales Engineers in preparing tenders and quotations.
• Provides system comparison and analyzes products and technical information.
• Submits activity reports to supervisor promptly and accurately.
• Enforces EH&S Programs and Carrier Code of Ethics.
