Job summary

Infinite Sales & Service Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Project Engineer to monitor M&E construction works and ensure alignment with contract drawings and schedules.

You will coordinate site activities, manage resources from start-up through closeout, attend progress and safety meetings, and prepare variations and quotations for client approvals.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred, and knowledge of HVAC and AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of air-conditioning knowledge and related HVAC spare parts.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project quality plan, work program and monitoring project cash flow & progressive claim preparation.
• Provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout and ensure that owner’s expectation is met.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor construction works at site & ensure site personnel following of company rules & regulations.
• Prepare quantity for variation order works and quotation.
• Ensure our installation, servicing and / or maintenance works are according to drawing contract specification and work schedule.
• Attend site progress meeting, coordination meeting, safety meeting and site inspection.
• Attend valuation of progress claim with client and / or consultants representative.
• Ensure that the day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned effectively to Project Managers when work commences in the field.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing customer portfolio including up-selling and cross-selling.
