Job summary

Kaili Aircon Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales cum Project Engineer (HVAC) to source and secure new HVAC projects, manage client relationships, and oversee delivery from quotation to completion.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, HVAC sales and project management experience, cost estimation ability, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel to project sites is required when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in HVAC/Air Conditioning sales and project management is preferred.
• Able to prepare cost estimations and quotations.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new HVAC projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Attend site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and technical proposals.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts to secure projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget and specifications.
• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor company operations and staff performance to ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, quality requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
• Resolve project and technical issues promptly.
