Job summary

Accesstech Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Project Coordinator to support site preparation, co-ordination and documentation for ongoing projects.

The role involves liaising with customers, consultants, subcontractors and vendors on site to ensure project requirements are met and safety standards are followed. You will prepare detailed drawings, schedules and material selections for mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating site stakeholders and managing project documentation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and perform basic calculations for mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and safety regulations on site.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents.
• Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub- contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for mechanical systems.
• Conduct site visits to monitor the installation and progress of mechanical systems.
• Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.
• Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
• Select appropriate materials and equipment for mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design, etc.
• Coordinate the safety management system on site.
• Ensure all mechanical systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Follow up and reporting on the project progress.
• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
