Job summary

Kaili Aircon Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales cum Project Engineer (Air Conditioning / HVAC) in Johor, Malaysia. The role focuses on sourcing and securing HVAC projects, managing client relationships, and overseeing delivery from quotation through completion.

You will prepare cost estimates and technical proposals, attend site visits, and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in HVAC/Air Conditioning sales and project management is preferred.
• Practical experience using AutoCad to prepare or amend HVAC drawings.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new Air Conditioning (HVAC) projects.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Attend site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and technical proposals.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts to secure projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget and specifications.
• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor company operations and staff performance to ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, quality requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
• Resolve project and technical issues promptly.
