Job summary

You will support the Engineering and Technical Services function in preventive maintenance and repairs, contributing to reliable building operations. The position requires an engineering degree and 4–5 years of related experience, with strong HVAC knowledge

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge in HVAC systems and maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to exercise judgment from multiple information sources.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems and control equipment.
• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment for safe, compliant operation.
• Troubleshoot failures and propose modifications as needed.
• Share knowledge and coach others within the function.
