Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.

• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure design compliance.
