QubeApps in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to manage payroll, recruitment, and HR administration. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR records.
You will ensure statutory compliance, prepare EA/Form E, handle employee benefits and leaves, and support performance management and development initiatives.

Understand the hiring requirements, execute the end-to-end recruitment process to source, screen and select candidates via different channels, coordinate for interview arrangement, background screening, and to complete the offering and on-boarding process
Perform proper onboarding and offboarding processes e.g. email creation and deletion, orientation/briefing, system and personal files updates, exit interviews, etc.
Prepare and process monthly payroll in highest accuracy and ensure punctual pay-out for salary and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF etc.)
Responsible for yearly EA form preparation, submission of form E and monthly payslips.
Prepare and issuance of HR related letters and correspondences
Prepare and update monthly HR metrics reports, payroll summary reports etc.
Administrate and keeping proper records on employees benefits and leaves utilisation
Review, update, maintain and administer proper record on personal files and HR systems
Maintaining, updating and communicating HR policies across the organization at all levels as per ISO requirements.
Draft and updating HR documents such as job description, memo and letters, SOP etc.
Assist in the performance management of employees, setting of KPIs, tracking as well as evaluations
Coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Participate in management of employees’ grievances and implement corrective measures
Planning of company events or engagement activities on occasions by management’s approval
Act as the point of contact regarding HR and labour legislation issues
Other ad hoc tasks/ HR projects that could be assigned from time to time
Candidate with at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experiences in HR operations (e.g., recruitment & payroll processing)
Good knowledge of employment act, statutory requirements and trends in HR.
Meticulous and have attention to details and ability to handle confidential information.
Able to take initiative and proactive at work, independent and problem-solving.
Able to multitask and committed in meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently and a good team player.
Good in communication skill and able to maintain good relationship with all levels of people
Competent in general administration, documentation and record controls
