Job summary

Factory Mobile is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail staff across Malaysia. You will post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support hiring decisions to build a strong frontline team.

You will nurture relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure a steady pipeline, and you will run onboarding sessions and coordinate ongoing training to accelerate new hires' integration and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for retail staff.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to coordinate onboarding and training.
• Experience with agency relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for retail staff, including postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and talent sources to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
