Factory Mobile is seeking an HR generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and employee relations. The role emphasizes compliance with labour laws, maintaining records, and supporting performance appraisal and engagement initiatives.

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities for career advancement within the company. The organization values a proactive, people-oriented approach to HR operations and administration.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower coordination.
• Coordinate training, employee development, and training records.
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
• Support performance appraisal, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave administration.
• Organize employee welfare programs and internal engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative and advisory support to management.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by Management.
