Main Responsibilities
  • Create a talent pool for the company, collect and manage talent information through various channels.
  • Accurately and promptly review monthly payroll reports to ensure timely payment of employee salaries.
  • Continuously learn and master the latest labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance in operations, preventing labour disputes.
  • Organise annual training needs surveys for each department, formulate the next year's training plan and promote implementation.
  • Understand employee thoughts promptly, reduce turnover rates of key positions and understand employee voice through forums and individual interviews.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations and related human resource and administration activities.
  • Full HR spectrum including payroll, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management review, employee engagement, training and development, manpower and budget planning and control, HRIS system, internal and external audits, records management, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support in corporate reports and data requirements, HR initiatives and projects, talent development, manpower planning and recruitment, corporate and local governance of policies and procedures in achieving the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for labour and industrial relations, employee’s disciplinary handling and all related labour issues.
  • Prepare and provide up-to-date knowledge of trends in labour market, compensation and benefits, regulatory changes, employment law and related HR issues.
  • Oversee the management and supervision of the cafeteria, security, dormitories and cleaners.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Possess at least 8 years of experience in HR related field with 3-5 years’ managerial experience leading a HR team.
  • Well versed in local labour laws and legislations, HR policies and procedures, compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel with knowledge of Infotech System, SAP and HRIS system.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Team management experience, skilled in motivating and guiding team members.
