Job summary

GOOD FOODIE MEDIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive HR Assistant in Subang Jaya to support recruitment, payroll, records, onboarding, and staff engagement. The role includes coordinating interviews, maintaining HR databases, and handling employee inquiries with confidentiality.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You will work under the HR Lead, assist with administrative tasks, organisation of trainings/events, and contribute to a growing team across Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR/Business Administration or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment process: posting openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salary and statutory payments.
• Maintain and organize employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
• Support onboarding for new hires: materials preparation and orientation sessions.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Handle general administrative tasks: filing, data entry, HR documents, travel arrangements.
• Manage HR schedules and coordinate meetings and calendars.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the HR Lead.

Job description

Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, preparing HR documents and arranging flight tickets and accommodations as needed.

Manage HR schedules, including coordinating meetings and maintaining calendars.

Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the HR Lead to support HR operations.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
