Prosperity River Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an entry-level HR professional to oversee the full recruitment pipeline and administer our Time Off system.

You will also facilitate structured employee appraisals to boost motivation and productivity, contributing to workforce agility and a customer-centric culture. Fresh graduates are welcome, with opportunities for hands-on learning in HR administration, talent acquisition, and performance evaluations.

Job description

Manage the heartbeat of our organization by utilizing our integrated HR modules. You will oversee the full recruitment pipeline, simplify leave management through our "Time Off" system, and facilitate structured employee appraisals to boost motivation and productivity. Your goal is to enhance workforce agility and maintain a customer-centric approach within our team.

Requirements:

• Majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HR administration, talent acquisition, and performance evaluation workflows.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with working experience are a plus.
