Job summary

New Hoong Fatt Auto Supplies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Talent Management/Recruitment executive to manage the full cycle of recruitment, from manpower requisition to onboarding and hiring completion.

You will develop and maintain talent pipelines, coordinate employer branding activities, and oversee advertisements, portals, and agencies to attract top candidates. You will also prepare reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review and ensure strong onboarding and employee experience across

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisition, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and hiring completion.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future positions through proactive sourcing, networking, talent communities, and candidate relationship management.
• Coordinate employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, campus recruitment, internship programmes, university collaborations, and recruitment marketing activities to strengthen the Company's employer brand.
• Manage recruitment advertisements, career portals, social media recruitment platforms, and external recruitment agencies to attract quality talent.
• Prepare recruitment reports, manpower statistics, hiring dashboards, recruitment costing, and talent acquisition analytics for management review.
• Coordinate onboarding programmes to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the organization and receive a positive employee experience.
• Support employee communication initiatives to improve employee participation, engagement, and overall employee experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment, talent management, employee, and HR records in compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and data confidentiality requirements.
