The Edge Partnership is assisting a well-established multinational seeking a Regional People Business Partner to strengthen the regional People function in Kuala Lumpur. The role delivers generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle and works hands-on with Sales & Marketing and a transformation team in a matrix environment.

You will partner with senior leaders and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent, locally compliant People practices.

Qualifications

• Regional HRBP experience across Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
• Hands-on generalist HR supporting the employee lifecycle across regions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing and transformation teams across multiple countries.
• Act as trusted advisor to regional stakeholders and leadership.
