  • Monitor and assess employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback sessions, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address engagement challenges and implement improvement plans.
  • Organize team‑building activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and volunteer events.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes to promote early employee engagement.
  • Assist with internal communication strategies to foster transparency and inclusiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records related to engagement activities and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends related to employee and community engagement.
Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or HR experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems.
  • Positive, team‑oriented, and willing to learn.
