Operating within a dynamic, multi-region environment, the HR Shared Service Analyst must demonstrate strong judgement, disciplined process execution, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive service quality, operational stability, and a consistently positive employee experience.
Deliver end-to-end HR operational services across assigned regions, supporting employees and managers through standardised HR Shared Services processes.
Handle a broad range of repeatable and transactional HR activities, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and in line with defined SLAs.
Apply sound judgement to assess queries and cases, resolving issues independently where appropriate and escalating based on complexity or risk.
Support regional growth and the onboarding of new countries, adapting quickly to new processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to service stability and continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, documenting insights, and supporting updates to processes and knowledge content.
Resilient and adaptable, able to manage changing priorities and increasing workloads.
Customer-focused, with a strong sense of ownership to ensure cases are resolved effectively.
A collaborative team player who shares knowledge and supports peers, especially during peak periods.
Comfortable working with data, SLAs, and quality measures to enhance service delivery.
Proactive in identifying issues and offering practical, solutions-focused improvements.
Experience in HR operations, shared services, or service‑delivery environments supporting high-volume HR activities.
Confident working across multiple regions, time zones, and diverse HR processes.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and service quality.
Comfortable using HR systems, case‑management tools, and knowledge bases.
Demonstrates a growth mindset with openness to learning, change, and evolving scopes of work.
As the organisation continues to evolve and streamline its operating model, HR Shared Services plays a vital role in absorbing and stabilising high-volume HR activities. This role ensures employees across regions receive consistent, reliable, and high‑quality HR support, enabling HRBPs and COEs to focus on strategic and specialist priorities while HR Shared Services scales operational delivery with confidence.
