Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
• Coordinate manpower planning with departments.
• Maintain recruitment records and monitor hiring progress.
• Manage employee records, contracts, HR documentation.
• Handle employee enquiries, grievances, disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
• Manage statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/LHDN).
• Coordinate foreign worker recruitment, work permits, visa documentation.
• Coordinate probation and performance evaluation processes.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies and handbooks.

This role encompasses end-to-end HR management across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, statutory compliance, foreign worker management, performance evaluation, policy development, and HR reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
• Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment requirements with different departments.

• Manage employee records, personal files, contracts and HR documentation.
• Handle employee enquiries, grievances, disciplinary matters and other employee-related issues.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure salary payments are accurate and timely.
• Manage statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/LHDN and other applicable submissions.
• Coordinate foreign worker recruitment, work permits, visa and related documentation.
• Coordinate probation confirmation and performance evaluation processes.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Relevant experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
