Job summary

Pharma Nord Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive (Claims) to manage employee group insurance, claims processing, onboarding and HR operations in a collaborative team.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with a preference for candidates holding at least 1 year of HR experience. You will handle BIKind records, timekeeping, and provide management support while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year HR experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee group insurance, enrolment, updates and claims processing.
• Process monthly employee claims and maintain BIKind records and reports.
• Administer employee timekeeping and reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Process and maintain Shell Card applications and records.
• Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to management, including meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Assist with document management, bill tracking, monthly financial reports and company events.

What You’ll Do

Manage employee group insurance, insurance enrolment, updates and claims processing.

Process monthly employee claims and maintain accurate Benefit-in-Kind (BIK) records and reports.

Administer employee timekeeping and reporting.

Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation program.

Process and maintain Shell Card applications and records for organization.

Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with applicable employment laws.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to management, including meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.

What We’re Looking For
