Hybrionic (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable HR and Admin staff member in Kulai, Malaysia. The role requires 1–2 years of HR and Admin experience and a diploma or certificate or higher. Mandarin fluency is required to communicate with employees and colleagues.
You will assist in HR policy development, process payroll, and ensure statutory compliance. The job involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and general office administration with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
Experience in other human resources functions and familiarity with Payroll software iFlexi Auto Pay will be an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and with a team.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with employees.
Computer literacy - Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in Mandarin is required.

To assist in the development and ongoing improvement of HR policies and procedures according to local legislation and regional guidelines in alignment with the company's business plans.
Responsible for processing the company's payroll every pay period and maintaining the confidentiality of employees' pay records.
To ensure that the Company compliances to the Government statutory requirements and submits the monthly contributions Eg. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and PCB, before the deadlines.
To establish recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss their individual department’s needs and conduct orientation programs for newly joined employees.
To supervise office/plant administration including on-site security management, and on-site administration support.
To assist in any other Human Resources and Admin functions and undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
