A leading petroleum company is offering an internship for students pursuing a Bachelor of Human Resource Management in Kuala Lumpur. This internship provides hands-on experience across various Human Capital functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. Qualified candidates should have a CGPA of 3.2 or above and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This opportunity will enhance your understanding of HR processes and provide networking with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Human Resource Management or related field.
• CGPA of 3.2 or above (or equivalent academic performance).
• Active participation in student organisations or leadership roles is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Assist in job posting, resume screening, and coordination of interviews.
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation.
• Perform data accuracy checks on HRIS.
• Contribute to a variety of tasks supporting Human Capital function.
